Good morning Malko. Very good explanation and think the float is very small for a bb issue with the potential of Click. I went to the site from your previous post and agree it looks awesome. Looking forward to a good day with STEN and hope everyone has a wonderful and prosperous day.

Malko, I am wondering about the total number of shares issued and outstanding. In a previous post:

Message 6719322

you said the figure was 22.5M issued and outstanding and a float of 4M. But what about the 27.5M shares paid to Click for the deal.

Are these shares in addition to the 22.5M? I understand your point that they are restricted and not free trading. But if they are in addition to the 22.5M, they must necessarily be counted as issued and outstanding shares, despite the likelihood that they may be restricted for a year.

Are we then looking at a total of 50M shares issued and outstanding? Or am I missing something here?

If so, we have a company with a market capitalization of roughly $150M.

Thanks for your response.
