If I say "ah that guys a xxxxxxx criminal", I could just be calling him a name. Absolutely right. BUT: while I don't know what Spidey/bmart/Pugs has been calling Michael Zwebner, I do know that he's quite unequivocally characterized a number of people involved in the AZNT case as "criminals" in the legal sense of the word. Ah, yes, remember? They were "criminals" who were "going to jail". It was pointed out to him a great many times that under our system of law one is innocent until proved guilty in a court of law. Unfortunately he doesn't understand very much about things legal, as his inability to comprehend the meaning of even the simplest documents indicates. Perhaps he'll be learning more about all this in the near future.
