Janice: I haven't really followed that other thread that concerns the lawsuit, I read the post concerning the lawsuit maybe one or two others. It seems to me that the lawsuit was posted on SI for the intent of intimidation..whether or not spider and rico's accusations/questions/statements are correct is really beyond me, I dont even know what is going on. However, I guess if they are right the guy loses, and I guess if they are wrong then they lose. That's as far as I can go with it, I am not an attorney. However looking at the aznt thread there becomes kind of a puzzle to me. All I can see really is that so far both sides have been inaccurate in what they said was going to happen. There's no squeeze yet, but the stock hasn't tanked. This is really a weird situation, here.

janice may i say you are correct about dctc. you know nothing about zwebner or lgcy(c). as for aznt you are also simply fed info from shortsellers and defedants attorneys. you will go on further to insult those who disagree with your nonsense. you have proven yourself to be clueless about andy mann & how he got this stock in question & choose to evade what is known, prommisory notes, neck & back & the home shopping network. you also look other way to the restraining order & injunction. this stock can not be hypothecated by the defendants & once injunction extends to dtc the stock will be returned & freeze lifted. one clean mm has been lost already to freeze not being lifted by dtc. andy mann can not show cause he is wanted man. let him sue me like zwebner if this is not so! lolololol ! he can not show cause why stock should not be returned. this hearing will occur soon & all will see this to be true. you have chosen to side with boiler room wellrich. you even heavily promote wellrich's cause by posting there garbage documents. you never once tell thread current woes of wellrich & there actions against aznt & why jihad no longer posts here do you? imo you know much about aznt situation by choose to side with those involved shortselling stock or interfering with aznt's ability to do business. this is my opinion. you even admit bruce judd & jboxford attorney are your sources. so like zwebner, dctc & lgcy(c) i believe time will show all that antibash, myself, rico, bgtit & hogger are correct. we are long this stock. i have no idea why you spend so much time here when if you truely want to devote life to exposing shameless promoters there was lgcy, astg, etc....instead you choose to do combat on our group of shareholders. spider
