Hegarty is 508 428 7571 He used to be with Thompson Research, now I guess he's running his own show at Cape Market Research. If I recall correctly he lives on Cape Cod from what I remember. A friend played golf with him and McMillan there. That address seems to be 901 Main Street, PO Box 413, Osterville, MA 02655 If I remember correctly the fax services aren't cheap, depending on your point of view. It appears that his track record for this year is a profit of $19,945 on OEX and $47,125 on S&P Futures. In years past he was in the quarter million range by December so hopefully (for him and his subscribers) he is about to make a turnaround. He sees 1184 basis the March spoo as heavy resistance because of a large block sale there yesterday. A lot of other stuff in here but I cannot digest it all at the moment.
