I'm going to be taking this off in a few moments and wait for what I think is the "better" buy.

High TIKI readings should not be faded, I don't think, but rather taken as an exit signal.

On the other hand this is a rare reading....

Wait, I got to get out of this position

I have to learn how to tell time; I told Tom when to get short and I stay long right through it.

Out at 79 for 100 points, gee it was over 1181 at the time I had for the short....uuuh, I stink.

The Plus 30 reading is very extreme. it suggests a concerted effort to bring it up and is very rare. You watch it every day, how often do you see a 30 reading?

26, 27 is a signal for a likely exit as the extremes are hitting but 28, 30 is much more telling, I believe. Generally such a reading plays out 30 minutes, an hour or so after the reading and sets the tone for the next couple three hours.
