if there are two jumpers to set the multiplier, I believe one of the four combinations is bound to be 3.5x. Doesn't the M2 remap the 1.5 to 3.5x like AMD did? I have an old Abit TX chipset board with stable 83Mhz and the CPU setup (in bios) claims to support 3.5x. I hope to be able to run a PR 350 or 366 on it.

Your M/B has a switching regulator, right? I know with the linear regulators a 6x86-200 makes those things burning hot, I wouldn't want you to start a fire.

Is your M-II all black or gold and black?
I just got a MII-300GP that is all black. Only says 2.9 volts on it. not 2.9, 3.3 or whatever. Maybe the chip sets the output voltage?
I think it's from the new fab...

Anybody...have you run a M-II-300 in an M-Tech Mustang R534G mobo? Do you need a new bios revision? Luckily I can run at 3.5 x 66...
