Well have you been watching CNBC? No I'm not talking about the IT commercials that I have heard nothing about since the first day. No I'm talking Videophones. They have a Nortel commercial that they are showing advertising their Service Center Solutions that includes what? Why it includes a transaction over the internet, with a videoconference with the Service representative, walking a customer through the catalog helping them choose a new shirt. Nortel. Not a PRWT Videophone in sight. Can't be PRWT it seems. Their technology seems only suitable for closed systems. Looks like John Schmitz is the one limited by imagination. Will some one please awaken him and tell him that all he still has is that sow's ear.
