****** Really off topic *******

...Painful but I don't think there's any other way short of buying Win98. It's been my experience that its only a matter of time before Win95 gets bogged down with superflous Registry entries, .dll's, and truncated files, until it begins crashing anyway...

But how is this possible? Microsoft is not a monopoly and as such is fearful of competition producing a better OS. This means that the free market forces them to constantly improve their products and have your (their customers') best interests in mind (haven't you read those full page adds in the papers?). I am sure if they know of such painful problems of their customers, they would toil day and night to fix whatever is wasting hours of their customers' time and is giving them headaches, rather than spending those long hours "integrating" the browser into their OS and "improving" the Java engine. Perhaps they thought your interests are better served by "fixing" those Internet related issues. Perhaps you, their customer, should consider discussing your issues with them?
