The 419,000 share print was out of sequence and done at 16:20 in order to have as few people as possible aware of it. It was most likely the clean up of some large seller. Since we have only seen one side of the transaction, the real questions are 1) did some MM take the stock into inventory at a big haircut and will be feeding it out over the near term; 2) was some MM, aware that the block was available for sale, shorting the stock and this represents a cover of that short; or 3) will we see the other side of the trade printed Monday morning?

2 and 3 would be bullish as a big overhang has been cleaned up. 1 could be short term bearish until the MM unloads his position.

Port_mgr, what do you think?
