I have no problem with that, but I don't see that in the technicals. I need proof.

Next week is options expiration week which historically is a bullish week

BILL,
I got 2 headlines that I'll bet will rain on any bull's parade...

1. Clinton Impeached

2. President Gore pardons Clinton

This could be the triple witching week from h*ll!

For what it is worth. Next week is options expiration week which historically is a bullish week

-gggg-

with an upside down put/call ratio, i think the house will bring in the chips.

look at last years december expiry.

Several big guns bearish gapping on downward earnings revisions KO, PG, MRK.

fib cycle indicators show a bottom at the end of December.

Bill,

I agree with the call you made regarding option expiration and especially the time of year we're heading into. Take a close look at Friday's action. S&P up NASDAQ up strong after what looked like a ugly day. All this on the heels of impeachment news. The market consistently surprises most investors and I think this time will be no different. I'm taking my cues from the NASDAQ which is clearly ahead of this most recent rally but watching very carefully the Russell which IMHO is in the process of turning around. I think January is going to be an explosive month.
