CNBC reported that MSFT is winning the DOJ case based on public opinion. More of this talk will push MSFT higher. It appears half of the battle has been won by MSFT even before presenting its case to the judge (to happen sometime in Jan or Feb). Earnings are going to great and that belief alone will push stock much higher even before earnings release-- it might be rocky for a week or so because of the Clinton thing-- should be great buying opportunities though.
