enigma, please let me know what felonies are ok? also, please let me know when such felonies are ok. for a couple in divorce court, is it ok for somebody to lie about infidelity when that is the reason for the divorce? what about a child custody battle?

what about if you are suing somebody? can they lie about embarrassing stuff b/c, as you state, everyone does it?

i don't think lying under oath and trying to obstruct justice is appropriate, period - no matter who does it. maybe we just disagree.
