Cisco runs 80, figure 85 at least!

It looks like MSFT will move up Monday thanks to Sun and Oracle. I hope there are enough sellers pre-market for me to get a good price at the open.
Looks like the DOJ case is losing steam. The DOJ and judge might start thinking that MSft's competitors are using the courts for their benefit and consumers (well we already knew this). Well it may not affect the DOJ but I bet the Judge Jackson might not like being used by these companies. I suspect his tone will continue to change and think he is close to being unbiased. The next think to look for is see whether he continues asking DOJ and their witnesses tough questions.
It might be volatile for a couple of weeks due to the Clinton thing -- but creates great opportunities in call option buying.
