Where our butts were saved was the fact that we had such a small float to begin with.... from the initial information gathered... we were 2M shares in the float.. and now we are about 5 times this number... this is an incredible jump in number but still a VERY manageable amount.

CEO's of small companies are targeted by people willing to finance them the money they need to stay in business. In desperate need of financing, they unwittingly make the deal, even small cap's are suckered by these characters. Even if you've invested in a company with a savvy CEO, one who's been around the block a few times, he still might get suckered... check this out...

The MM(s) still seems to have ample supply as the volume yesterday was 360,000 all buys I think and ask down. Let's hope the overhang will be out of the way soon, at this price each $100,000 means 2 million shares.
What was the authorized, 40 million? The D has been discussed, hopefully the dreaded R word won't be next.
I have well over 100,000 shares and don't want to be negative, just want facts and the truth. A public company needs to have the trust of its shareholders. It's a pity that most non reporting companies treat their shareholders like a casino their gamblers, if you lose your money too bad but screw you.

Best regards,
