Hi Louisa, thanks for responding. Misery loves company.

I agree that we cannot look to the company for a true assessment of events but what I had in mind was if anyone knows if the VSE has any responsibilities to the stockholders. I would prefer some action on our parts to no action unless someone can convince me that getting involved would only make the situation worse.

I'm sure that several of us might indicate our combined percentages of the outstanding stock to indicate to the VSE that we comprise a large block of investors in MKD. Perhaps the VSE could be persuaded to keep us better informed as to their investigation and potential resolution.

Keep in mind that it is the VSE's action and not MKD's that now jeopardizes our investments. Sure they were reacting to some of Doug's actions, but did they warrant a suspension of trading? That hurts us as much as Doug and we didn't do anything against the VSE. I just feel that the VSE has some moral obligation to us as a group. They need to be reminded that the VSE is a highly speculative market and that we are willing to work with companies such as MKD as long as the prospects of some earnings breakthrough seems feasible and as long as fraud is not being perpetrated. We are speculators and should not have our investments suspended because they seem like too much speculation for the VSE because MKD is moving into a different product line (one of the explanations I heard).

The longer it remains suspended without any reasons being given by the VSE, I think it will be more difficult to attract new investors when and if it trades again. The VSE should be answerable to somebody. Perhaps if they knew a large group of shareholders was questioning their actions they would wrap this up sooner. Any ideas?
