<<The overhang of supply must be digested first.>>

I feel that with consistently good sales, attention to customer service and the introduction of on-line shopping will bring attention to BBA minimizing the supply and causing the resistance to be broken.

It is hard to compare this company to past years for many reasons - management has changed and the venues of their product distribution has changed - they don't just sell their products in catalogs or stores anymore now product can be found on QVC and the internet - giving BBA much more exposure. Also, housing sales have strengthened since '94 causing more people to need furnishings.

Investors are not usually willing to put their money into retail securities because the economy is so unpredictable. I believe that once President Clinton's problems are addressed, hopefully, investors will fell more secure about the economy and start accumulating more retail securities.
