I agree. The articles that are coming out show PANIC among the some of the mideast oil producers. Its hurting OPEC nations as well as non-opec. Saudi Arabia cannot ignore the pain this is inflicting to their neighbors for long. A drop down to $5 a barrel should guarantee action in the short term. Maybe the drop under $10 is enough to produce panic. Time will tell. But I think something is going to happen very soon. Before the end of the year. --Bilberry
