Dudley, It may be of interest to you that there is an SEC rule that states that if a Corporate insider should improperly promote his company and sell his stock into the temporary rise caused by the hype, or conversely, sell his stock just prior to bad news coming out, AND if such sales resulted in a gain to the insider, that said gain is by SEC directive to be tendered to the Corporation's treasury without further compensation as "additional paid-in capital."

If in fact there was an orchestrated "pump and dump" of any public company the shareholders and/or corporate officials should have brought action for recovery of said profits back into the corporate accounts, for the benefit of all remaining shareholders.

Colin

And another "here here!" One of my last comments to Mr. Zwebner was a reaffirmation of my belief in the accuracy of the old adage "live by the sword, die by the sword." I agree that DCI should stay out of this to the extent they can, particularly given the apparent progress that they are making on a separate front.

Why does the Church of Scientology keep coming to mind?
