Hey, tech2000, from your mouth to the judge's ear! I do think MSFT will win. If not at this level, then on appeal. A decision against them at this level would probably cause a 20 point drop for a short while. I am going to bump up my position about 30% Monday, and make it my #1 hold for now. Of the big 5, Msft, Cisco, Intel, AOL, Dell, I think MSFT has the most potential upside and downside, because of the DOJ.
