I hate to sound like a pesimist but I helt on to "ALYA"
stock for about a year and sold out at the 1.21 range for
a nice profit. But I had planned on holding Alya for a
long term investment. The thing that got me to sell in the
first place was the large amount of insiders selling.
I had fully planned on getting back in because of the technology
which Alya has. But I just cant seem to find it in myself to
buy into a stock when the insiders don't feel good enough about
their company to hold onto their holdings.

I see that another insider filed a form 144 on 12/11/98 to
sell another 65,000 shares.
I wish all of you long term holders well and I will buy back in
sometime in the future.

Maybe Alya has some long term growth
ahead of it before it will be profitable.

Good luck to all
Lamar

Playing devil's advocate is not rocket science... but I must admit you are very adept at it. That was never in question. The only question was and continues to be why you are here all these months. That is the question you keep sidestepping better than Clinton!

Have we been suckered? None of us know with non-reporting speculative stocks until it is too late. What we do know is that if we are suckers, we have been fleeced by wolves in sheep's clothing (you?). Like all these OTC stocks, ALYA at 1.65 had a market cap too high for its stage of development. All speculative stocks with a following do. Either company growth is realized or the stock drops, particularly in a down market. You know that ALYA is one of a majority of OTC stocks that dropped when the "bear" arrived.

Someone has definitely made money playing the swings in this stock since April. Since you have no legitimate reasons for constantly being here only during market hours, anyone with "common sense" realizes that a clever snake like you is not wasting time here without a profit motive. You ask very good critical and damning questions and from anyone else they would be considered a useful exchange on this thread. But you have just been laughing in our faces! We are already licking our wounds - why don't you just go away with your MM games. I am sure you can find new and more profitable sheep to rape.

The main purpose in a lot of these promotions is pushing the stock on a constant feed of "impending announcements", letters of intent, rumoured contracts etc. Then, after you have looked and looked, and the stock starts to move, you jump in, pushing the next guy forwards, onwards and upwards. Just as you are buying in, those feeding the news and rumours step up to the trough to sell you their paper. By year end, when the promo is over, you finally realize what a sucker you have become......R
