Hi Steve, I think the most unusual club that I learned about was one my good friend from Cleveland, OH was in. I can't remember the name of the club any more, but it was clever as well.

It was their stock selection method that was unique. Every year they gathered on January 1st and pinned up the pages from the Wall St. Journal on the wall. Yes, you guessed it! They used darts to select their stock purchases for the year! I don't remember just how many darts they allocated to the NYSE and NASDAQ, but they used a certain number with each.

They just accumulated cash during the year and then made all their purchases in January! I don't have a clue as to how they reached their Sell decisions!

This was the most "low maintenance" club of which I ever learned! I'll have to inquire if it's still in "business" as I've not heard them mention it in a long time.

Best regards, Tom
