I guess that was the point that I am making. There are a lot of cross currents. My gut feel is up for a day or two and then down for a longer period. At the moment, I don't see the upward momentum to break to new highs this year, but there hasn't been a real market failure yet either.

I was surprised to read that you were confused about Monday. I was looking for you to ask your opinion about Monday because I was confused myself. I think tomorrow is a critical day. My nets have had me long the last couple of days. They are still long. I still think that is the best chance. From other stuff I think that there is a small chance for a big drop. Since Clinton went on the air Friday and stopped the decline, I can't tell the sentiment of the market. I am fat with calls. Will look to sell calls on peak and follow the market. I think that within a couple of weeks we will have a very big drop. Then again, maybe not. <gggg> Best Wishes, Bob
