FYI: From MF Board Subject: Industrial Site Author: EZ4U Date: 12/11/98 6:53 PM Today, I spoke to OnSale's Vice-President of Corporate Communications, Mr. Brian Fawkes at (650) 470-2400, and he stated that in July of 1998 OnSale and Vertical Net anoounced a new Business to Business Industrial Site. However, they decided to "hold-off" the launch of the site due to "secondary features" regarding the site. He would not give me a specific or general date as to when this site may be up and running. Secondly, Mr. Fawkes was asked about OnSale's next earnings anouncement. He stated that the next earning release will be between the 4th week in January and the 2nd week in February.
