If BNEZ paid them $ 20.000 (cash or stocks) I go with stocks. Maybe a lot of people/companies are been paid with shares right now. (restricted, of course). How about if this is one of the main reason why the company is not giving any info about # of shares. All this be OK in the future, if PMA sell a lot and they can make money. My concern is now. First, we paid very heavy with the RS and now we paying more with the issue of new shares (dillution). Just by accident, maybe we found what's going on. Payments all over with shares. Elio

Just a correction to my message #594. OTC Digest is not a newsletter offered by Investools........I just reviewed the site, and found one called OTC Insight (not OTC Digest). My mistake. heatseeker
