Yes, Mitchell....thanks for your efforts on this. Although I get antsie from time to time, I continue to hold every share I've bought. I agree that things will really start cooking in January.

Mitchell,
Did you get any idea as to how much the AOL lawsuit is costing BNEZ? If we lose the lawsuit I wonder how much the expenses are going to cut into PMA profits. I hope they did not take too big a gamble.
Thanks for all your efforts to keep us informed.
Eric

Now although Bnez hasn't made any announcements as to who they are going to depose, I have a pretty good idea and we will talk about that tomorrow night.

OK, Mitchell, what's your guess as to who???

Mitchell, did the subject of the dividend rear its ugly head?

I don't see how this relates at all to the issue of being non-reporting.....so why doesn't Jack make a decision....either pay it or come out with a PR stating that he changed his mind.

If and once the Aol lawsuit is settled or we go to court and lose then the company can begin to take the steps to become a reporting company.

I don't know much about legal stuff. After the depositions during the next 30 days, what happens? I assume the judge will make a judgement at that point on whether BNEZ has a legitimate case, and if so the lawsuit can proceed? If the judge decides BNEZ does not have a legitimate case, then I guess it's over and BNEZ will become reporting fairly soon afterwards?

Appreciate any and all help everyone can give.

Thanks,

heatseeker
