I'm one of those "frivolous posters" and I don't have and never have had a position long or short; I don't even know what business DCI is in. So I deny the allegation that I have any ulterior motive re this company of its stock. I was simply commenting on the lawsuit and some comments about it made by people whose motives are totally unknown to me.

King Louie, Realizing I mistakenly posted on this thread, I figured I'd better come check and see what kind of confusion I caused. No, I'm not part of any DCI conspiracy one way or the other. In fact, I know nothing about this company. My 4 a.m. post? Well, the fact of the matter is, I'm a musician and it's very frequent that I retire just before dawn. I also type too, too fast and thus sometimes make mistakes, that's how I ended up posting on the wrong thread. But you folks seem nice--nice to, though brief, meet yers! Good luck to you.
