If you've never had any position in DCTC stock and don't know what business it's in, and your motives are pure and you only seek to inform, then perhaps you can tell us what you were doing on this thread in the first place? Do you also monitor -- for purposes as pure as the driven snow, of course -- all the other SI threads as well? And if you know nothing about DCI, then how can you know the lawsuit isn't frivolous? I find it intriguing that you call yourself an Estimated (i.e. "a judgement...that.... takes the place of actual measuring or counting or testing out") as opposed to an Estimable ("worthly of esteem") Prophet . In other words, you expect to be listened to merely because you engage in guesswork rather than because you are actually worth listening to. As you've already proven. Steve Bergman
