Hi-
I just wanted to change my handle but I wanted to still be called Bobby...
Please comment on how the hog farmer is being paid 45 dollars for his hog whereas the supermarket gets about 330 dollars for it..Don't you want to know what is going on? How many other industries is that happening with? We are the consumers aren't we..it looks as if only one source is benefiting..who is it?
I will check some local supermarket prices for a comparision..
I don't eat ground pork either but was curious how much it cost when I have been reading how low the farmers are being paid..
I don't think the apples are rotting because of cheap Chinese imports..I think a lot of agricultural industry is hurting because of meltdown in SE Asia and in russia and because of the strength in dollar. I still think our government now wants the dollar to weaken
..and possibly wants gold to start rising..
If one shops wisely, one can match some of your prices..but not on pies..and certainly not on Coke..but I am also assuming the average wage here is a lot higher than there so it is probably proportional?
Obviously you have been burned with ginseng..wonder how the Canadian farmers could have gotten the power to get their government working for them..the Canadian government obviously has down the opposite for the base metals and gold companies
