Based on what we heard on the last conf call, it's hard to imagine why anyone would be selling now unless he/she had to. It may very well be that he has some losses from somewhere else that he has to offset by yearend and I believe his selling now has got to be tax related.

I have become fascinated reading several rumors the past few days. EDS, who I followed awhile back, just changed upper management. EDS was involved with FON in merger talks a few years ago and has been rumored to have had the same conversations with BT, and possibly others.

The rumors have EDS to partner, be taken over, split and be partially taken over, and numerous other things with WCOM/CAW, with WCII thrown in for good measure. As usual, with rumors, most of this is probably false.

Anyone hear anything similar??
