Factfinder, I agree...I think he is way off (imho) only time will tell...all i can say is that iom is in a hell of a lot better position now then they have ever been...costs down, new product, zip inclusion growing (cpq, dell, ibm options) etc....plus usb zip, clik, zip250...the only ones in the christmas market(expect ls120)....no syqt, no sony(poor start)...it goes on and on.....a few good qts. of good numbers and we will be on our way.....good luck

Been away for awhile...

I find all these stock threads worthless and a large waste of time. They serve to focus you away from the real object of investing -- to make money. The boards can have some entertainment value, however...

Anyway, I was surfing today and happened to see the same old garbage being posted on this thread. I just don't see why you guys cannot see this.

The problem with the ZIP is that it does NOT support mainstream media. This has been and will continue to be the downfall. Floppies, CD-ROM, DVD, and even mini-disk are the mainstream media.
ZIP is still a toy, with a limited life. Without a mass market, it is doomed to low tie ratios.. period!!! It's that simple. To be a mainstream media you must be CHEAP and supported for information distribution.

About CLIK!: I just do not see Joe Blow buying this device. What is the marketing plan to get people to buy this device? What is the value proposition? Why is it a 'have to have'?? How can it rise above a 'niche?' can it near the ZIP in popularity? If ZIP was a grand slam, how often does two get hit in a game? Digital cams? HA! The volume is at the low end, disposable market. Try to get Joe Blow buying more than one of these...

I just cannot see people rushing out to buy this...

Oh well.. I guess I'm just stupid or something.. I've been really wrong on this stock so far ;).

<<1999 will be the year this stock breaks previous highs by a long shot IMHO.>>

I'll believe it when I see it.

This stock is truely testing my patience, especially the last couple of weeks.
