Ausdauer, 250KBs is fast enough for most any purpose. An MP3'd music CD would copy in about 4 minutes. Thanks for the info.

Your CF format speed is probably so quick because they are only initializing the "FAT" and not writing zeros in the data area. Think of it as "DEL *.*".
