shah is a sharp guy
glad to hear he is on our side
i am not going to sell my
pfe, lly or sepr
even if he thinks they are overvalued
but i did quad my mtc position
on the sell off
since my average price is probably
mid 30's--60 bucks would suit me just fine
even then that ain't nothing
compared to a few years from now
once the ag business is exploding

From Bloomberg:

Biomatrix Inc. (BXM): The maker of Synvisc -- a treatment
for osteoarthritis of the knee -- may see sales threatened by a
new class of treatment called Cox-2 inhibitors, while doctors are
divided over Synvisc's value, Barron's reported over the weekend.
Biomatrix founder and Chief Executive Endre Balazs called Cox-2
inhibitors ''superaspirins.'' Biomatrix rose 1 1/8 to 46 1/8.

Anthony,

I saw the interview also, and he essentially made both the case that you made as far as MTC being the next WLA, and my case for once for sale always for sale. Also, he reiterated what I said about MRK, PFE being fabulous companies but more downside risk than upside potential. MTC has the upside. We'll see.

Anthony,

My trading profits have allowed me more flexibilty for my "long term" positions. Added another 100 today at 41, looking for MTC to be the next WLA as you and Hemant Shah <gg> have indicated! Actually, I think the outlook for MTC 3 years plus out is unparalleled. If you combine the Searle prospects with the agri-biotech prospects (my original thesis for investing), no company compares. This is a Rip Van Winkle stock, wake up in 5 years and count your profits.
