Another possibility is shorting to receive more shares in a set price acquisition. That could lead to great news. Why is everything a negative with you?

interesting... and you say you don't write fiction actually.... I am intrigued by your first theory..... IF this was done, would the seller of the restricted shares have to report/record such a transaction?... the second scenario I am all too familiar with as I believe I'm sucking wind on one of my other stocks for such a diabolical scheme. Reminded me of a vampire leaving it's victim alive so it could come back for another meal. would this be an actual memory, sweet stuff?
