The correct term is "proletariat," and it refers exclusively to the industrial working class. Perhaps you mean to say "hoi polloi", or "low life", to which you, of course, are superior? And what does "popularize" mean in this context? This is not some parliamentarian vote of confidence... Perhaps you mean parliamentary vote of confidence? And so forth.
