If Clinton is impeached, I suspect that we will see a massive sell-off --may be the worst point decline that we have seen to date. If he is not impeached we'll probably see a rip-roaring rally--a la the Greenspan surprise rate cut. Either way, there is probably money to be made in a long straddle -- though I suspect that the premiums will be steep--and it would be a high risk trade.
