American Interactive Media Enters Promotional Syndication Agreement
With United Radio Networks

USRN to Offer ComedyNet Programming to Affiliate Base of 2,500 Radio Stations and Their Websites

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 17, 1998-- American Interactive Media, Inc (OTC BB: AIME), the parent company of ComedyNet
(http://www.comedynet.com), a twenty-four hour cutting edge, video streaming Internet network, announced today a relationship with United Stations Radio
Networks for the promotional radio and Internet syndication of live comedic performances from the ComedyNet network, according to Mark Graff, AIME
president and CEO.

The agreement calls for ComedyNet to provide United Stations Radio Networks' 2,500 affiliate stations (http://www.usnr.com) with access to ComedyNet's audio
library in exchange for the radio syndication of live comedic performances to be broadcast from the United Stations affiliate stations. The co-promotion will run until
December 31, 1999.

In addition, syndication promotions will also be available for radio stations' web sites, including for one month on the Z-100 website z100.com. Z-100 is
a top United Stations client. ''ComedyNet Minutes'' (co-branded 'sitelet') will feature daily comedic videos and provide the Z-100 online audience with a
sneak-peak at upcoming ComedyNet programming. Sitelets will also be provided to other United Stations clients that use the radio/Internet syndication model.

''When we launched ComedyNet on the Internet in May, we announced that this was the first stage of a programming migration strategy. Our goal is to create
original high quality programming on the Internet which can easily port to other platforms including broadcast, digital and analog cable, direct satellite and other
emerging technologies. The United Stations Radio agreement is an important step in that process as it helps prove our migration strategy and takes us another step
closer to our long-term focus on next-generation digital set-top strategies, including television syndication and digital cable tiers. Importantly, the relationship also
provides an immediate extension of the visibility of the ComedyNet brand and serves as an important traffic builder for the ComedyNet network,'' said Graff.

David ''Dr. Dave'' Kolin, Director of Comedy at United Stations Radio said, ''Everyone at United Stations Radio is very excited about the syndication promotion
with ComedyNet and is looking forward to taking this first step towards an expanding, long-lasting and mutually rewarding relationship.''

ComedyNet, launched in May, has already been receiving enthusiastic responses from both the industry and the consumer market. The new network has won the
Humor Indies Three Star Salute award, the SAV award, from Audio Visual Daily news, for the top streaming audio/video comedy site, Best of the Planet award and
the Top 100 Websearchers Award. The network features live and video-on-demand performances by comedic performers, sketch, improv and other short form
programming produced in our studios and from various locations including the top comedy clubs across America.
