I have no idea who is selling these shares. If I knew I sure would be telling everyone. I have heard nothing but theories on who or why is selling but that is all they are theories. Sorry I can't be of more help here.

looks like the MM's are scooping up the shares@1/64th.
could be someone doing this for tax purposes if so we'll see them back in 99.
