Yeah, I guess when it comes to Bill Clinton and potential impeachable offenses, you need a program. But what really goes to the core of your statements during that particular discourse was your intention to denigrate Bob Barr instead of putting the focus where it should be. Did Bill Clinton commit any impeachable offenses? Daniel Patrick Moynihan seems to think he did. BTW, do you realize that Clinton still continues to deny that he committed perjury? You see of course, why censure isn't an option. bp
