Well, the best time to buy a good company is when it is down. I have learned that the hard way. Look at how long people suffered with IMNX until it took off or ASND when it got downgraded and was 1/4th of what it is today, or CYMI when it was near $30 then dropped to $6 then back to $20, all in the last few months.

Timing is everything and if you have a good company going through some temporary problems and willing to wait a couple quarters, then you will be okay in all probablility.
