HC & John,
It seems to me that the original milestone will pass without a contract. Why remove the milestones if they're going to be met anyway? CC must have been convinced that there would be a significant negative impact (e.g. shareholder suit?) to the milestone not being met that would also damage their interest and yet that there is a high enough chance for ultimate success to warrant removing the requirement. A conjecture to be sure, but it seems to me to make the most sense. I'm interested in trying to assess this to pick an entry point for more shares. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
