Odd. I've had a limit order in for 100K shares at .016 since the ask was .016 cents about an hour ago. The best ask has gone from .016 to .0158 several times and my AON order has not been filled. It doesn't look like they want to sell me any shares....at least in a block of 100K.

Maybe we've seen the end of the "sell-off" or whatever we can tag it. Since this morning there weren't any unusually large blocks being dumped. Nice slow climb from this morning.
