Dear Ted: Well at least I'll take this sentence as good news... "..I received an email (with no typos or grammar errors!)..." Thank you for you diligence and patience. Hope PINC values your efforts and review. In your opinion, sounds like PINC has a lot of work to do. Going to talk to the company and report back at some point as to how they feel about the points you made, and what they are going to do to address your concerns Not going to do it any time soon though.
