From what I have heard; approval of impeachment by the House appears to be almost in the bag. All that is needed is 6 of 20 undecided Republican Congresspersons to vote yes on any one of the 4 articles of impeachment and that's a majority.

It appears that the odds strongly favor approval and thus the market must be discounting that eventaulity.
