Spots,

Someone? I thought you, wrote some messages back that you needed REAL dos not DOS that comes with 95 ie 7.0. That was the motivating factor behind this question. If it wasn't you someone else was the culprit. NOTE: I think yall have Clarence throughly confused. Multiboot in general is a not easy topic for many experienced users never mind someone who have never owned a PC. If Clarence actually gets all this working I'll buy all the beer for you next year at TARTP.

Cheers,
Sean

"To get 7.0, you have to get Win 95, or at least used to."

Does that answer a question I asked a few days ago?
If an advertised computer says;
Operating System: DOS 7.0

Does that mean Win95 then to us computer challenged?
(And if so, why wouldn't they just say Win95 instead of confusing us computer challenged with DOS 7.0?)

PS I didn't buy that computer just because I didn't know what DOS 7.0 was. Did find what seems like a good deal at the auctions on a low end lap top for my wife, however. A Compaq with 133 MHz, 16M, 2.1 GHz, 12.1-inch Active Matrix TFT Display, with Win95, only $570 plus $13 shipping. At least it seemed like a good deal to me. And that's one more dang gift I can cross off my list without having to go to the mall.
