From: REW Friday, Mar 12 1999 11:26PM ET Reply # of 20311 Starting tomorrow we should do a complete wrap-up of past and forcasted TSIG.com DD for the examining investors. I might even do a couple of my boring recaps. REW, I like your idea. Perhaps you could start with reconciling your factual post of last December with current facts. May even prove to be quite interesting rather than boring. Fully understanding my situation I will only concentrate my questions on known facts that have been posted or posted about and are incontrovertibly in writing. You, REW, made the following statement of fact to all of the thread on 12/14/98 in your post # 11861… Even though I could not personally find it, (PP filing info) and after calling the company and also being advised that the PP formula was publicly filed, based upon this information being in the public domain at the time as per your post, it was one of the pieces of data collected on which I invested in TSIG. Message 6831026 REW said that … RG said… "He said there would not be anything standing in the way for a substantial increase in stock value. The numbers will speak for themselves when made public. This from THE one who has seen the numbers of the deals in progress and seemingly due to close. The PP papers were filed at 10 days. You detectives go find them. For the rest the terms were as I described. The 2.5 million will be divided by the stock price at the set date (4-5 months) to determine the share dilution. I mentioned 5 dollars and he thought that was cute because I didn't know the magnitude of the numbers coming up. He said it should be a lot higher." Since we're all so sensitive about even the slightest fibs being told here on the thread, The part about the PP papers being filed at 10 days is an absolute lie about a very material fact! REW, please deal with what appears to be either a direct lie from you to the thread or from RG to you that you passed along to the thread. In either case the thread was told a direct lie… seeing how we are all so sensitive to the word lie. (I did PM this question to you days in advance of your visit, so please don't tell us you were not aware of it.) I believe that the thread would also like to know another detail. Three of the 4 to 5 months referenced by you in your December post have gone by. Does that mean TSIG will be well beyond $5 within the next 30 to 60 days as per your post of RG's words? As best as I can determine, really great things are in process of happening at TSIG. And hopefully without warning so as to diminish the ability for certain so-called professionals that reside amongst us ....or otherwise ..... to trade the stock with advance warning of material events. However, until we can all count on the absolute veracity of management's words and the words of the self appointed messengers it becomes a difficult exercise in blind faith to believe much of anything you or any of your peers write about your findings. There's an old Chinese proverb that goes something like "When clock makes 13th cuckoo, other 12 cuckoo's now in jeopardy." REW, I hope you can answer the above, if not for only to maintain your own credibility.I continue to be very bullish about TSIG. However, I will change/reverse that feeling anytime that a material change occurs as it did with the revelation of a 60% dilution. Which by the way has yet to be fully explained to my satisfaction. Like all of you, I now impatiently await the forthcoming 10K. I only hope we can get a balanced perspective of what is happening rather than a rah-rah damn the torpedo's attitude as we proceed. By the way, for those that really believe that there's no difference in the number of shares issued vs. those authorized, NOT! What was once expected to be a $5 share price, will now only be a $3.20 share price due to the potential 60% dilution. Real investors value the company prior to valuing the share. Not the reverse. Hello, hello...? However, while currently at $.45, I too would also agree that $3.20 would be a great improvement, and that is why I will be a bit more patient. As an investor however, I don't like surprises, and I also don't like being lied to. One lie means there are more. Once again, for my white one, mea-culpa. REW, I have more but I will spare you an overload of factually referenced questions that should and will be asked as we progress. For the time being, I and the thread would be surely pleased with answers to the 2 posted above. sword
