In fact you are correct when you point out that drug use amongst young is on the increase as shown by the study that you posted. However, my statement was that OVERALL drug use has declined which is still correct and not negated by your post. This is in keeping with my general premise that the country is not on the verge of self destruction as is so often claimed by the Conservative Jihad

If Clinton is responsible for the increase of drug use, then he must be responsible for the economy. I say keep him in office.
