I feel that the web site update is substantial because we are
given financial information in addition to further developments
with the company.

Based on the information provided, each trading center for
Insider Trading should gross at least $1 million per year. The
company plans to open at least one new facility each quarter
(John S. is hoping for three). Then factor in the business just
over the internet and the fact that several new states will be
licensed in 1999.

The six health care companies that have signed up with PanAmerican
Healthcorp will provide revenue of $300 - $500 k per year. PanAm
Healthcorp has been attending medical conferences, seminars, etc.
and distributing literature and is in the process of making a new
video to sell its services. Add revenue from marketing and managing
the POWERx program, the Longport Inc. cancer scanner, the Patient
Alliance and Electronic Superbill. These revenue amounts will
certainly be huge.

Affordable Housing Group is progressing nicely and will provide
additional mortgage revenue to the company. The company plans to
expand its mortgage business to other Latin American countries.

Realty Money Center had earnings of $600 k last month before it
began its national coverage this month. Conservatively, just
doubling this amount, the company should provide more than $15
million per year in revenues.

Include revenue from the PanAmerican Interactive Videophones,
Peoples Health Network and future acquisitions and alliances.

Revenue should surpass $100 million in 1999.
