Kevin,

We looking at the same constitution?

I was looking at the constitution which protects us from "illegal search and seizure". Investigations of marital infidelity seem to fall squarely into that category. Entrapment also falls into that category.

If a person becomes successful enough to develop powerful enemies, should he be protected from unconstitutional inquisition? At this point the issue is Republican party politics, and nothing more.

Kevin,

Re: "We looking at the same constitution?"

Kevin, Is this your way of improving the "signal/noise" ratio ?? ... Please
take this to the AMD "twit" thread. This is the "new" AMD thread that
Brian is desperately trying to keep going.
