Thanks, Jean Claude. Why is everyone here so "touchy", you'd think I was kidnapping their baby or worse, eloping with their wives <VBG>.

By the way, experienced investors have seen similar pattern after fixed conversion rate debentures issuance in larger and more established companies. MU dropped after a similar issue, CYMI, after what I termed a masterpiece in finacing (issuing convertible note sudordinated to any present and future debt...), convertible at a price within 5% of the all time high, saw its short position increase dramatically, and the stock plumet (albeit, the last part of the plumetting was more market related then debentures related), and many other well documented cases. Nothing wron with this, just be aware of historry or you will be doomed to repeat it (said one of those Austrian generals?, was it Cluasevitz?).
