This business is easily converted to an internet platform if this becomes reasonable at some point in the future.

My reading of the cited patent from the old company is for a proprietary closed system that links customers and companies at a central site. But by Lord they will embrace the Internet and offer nothing more than what other companies are already doing, after they have studied it, of course into the middle of next year. They are just pretending to be a technology company it seems.

I am particularly impressed that PanAmerican Bancorp will yet
have another new revenue source with a technologically advanced
product.

"Additionally, PanAmerican Healthcorp has the exclusive North American and South American licensing rights to a new product called Electronic Superbill, a billing technology for physicians. This product will commence beta testing in the first quarter of 1999. Electronic Superbill is the first release in the development of a product called Rx 2000, the next phase in internet based practice management systems."

Looks like there was some more major dumping at the open. Any thoughts on why JOHNNY'S website update did not help the stock out at all today and volume fizzled again on all of this so called great news?? I agree with JHILD, the majority of what PRWT releases via website, news wires, and third party conversations turns out to be misleading fairytales. The latest examples are the BELIZE dabacal, the reverse merger fairy tale, and the release of the financials that were do several months ago.
